Shipping Policy
- Domestic Shipping (India)
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed
on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Time: Domestic shipments typically take 5-8 business days to reach you,
depending on your location.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges within India are free for orders above ₹1499.
For orders below ₹1499, a flat shipping fee will be applied based on location.
Courier Partners: We partner with reliable courier services like DTDC, Blue Dart,
and India Post to ensure safe delivery of your products.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via
email or SMS, so you can track the status of your shipment. If you do not receive the
Product/s within a reasonable period of time, you should immediately notify us
through contact@shopditya.com
We will also send communication once the delivery is confirmed by the courier
partner. Customer shall reach out to us within 2-3 days of delivery confirmation for
any delivery related issue. After this period, we may not be liable for any non-delivery
claims.
In some instance it takes longer to dispatch the shipment, the same will be mentioned
on the product detail page or will be communicated to the buyer; in all other cases the
aforementioned shipping policy applies. Under all other unavoidable circumstances
which may cause delay, we shall update you on the contact modes provided by you.
You as a buyer have an obligation to forthwith check the product/s for damage upon
receipt of the same. If the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible
damage, you are requested to put a comment behind the receipt & contact us within
24 hrs. If the product/s are damaged, then please don’t sign the receipt & contact us
immediately. Our liability for damaged goods ceases once you sign the delivery
receipt without any comments. - International Shipping

destination country. Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs
procedures and other factors.
Shipping Charges: International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout
based on the destination country and order weight.
Courier Partners: We use trusted global couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS for
international deliveries.
Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or
import fees that may be applied to international orders. These charges vary by country
and are beyond our control.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for international shipments, allowing
you to track your order through the courier’s website. If you do not receive the
Product/s within a reasonable period of time, you should immediately notify us
