EXCHANGE/REFUND
• If you receive a damaged product (OPENING VIDEO IS MUST), we will provide complete exchange of your product or provide complete refund if product is not available
• However, we do not offer exchange/refund for non-defective products or for other reasons.
• Report us within 24 hours of product delivery through email or WhatsApp with the complete unpacking video (UNCUT), which is must for damaged or wrong product delivered.
• Upon authorization of returns from us, we will offer you an exchange or refund in case of non-availability of the item.
• Please send the returns via reputed courier services or airmail within 2 business days after the product is reported to be defective. If the product is not returned back within 2 business days, refund/exchange will not be accepted. Contact Us (+91 75500 50740) for more details.
• For refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your exchange (or refund) will be processed within 7-10 days.
We will NOT accept return/exchange for below reasons
• The actual product may vary slightly in color tone compared to website images due to digital photography and monitor settings.
- Physical appearance, weight, or size dissatisfaction will not qualify for exchange/refund.
- Purposefully bent earring stems to prevent breakage are not transit damage.
- Minor transit issues like fallen beads or stones, easily fixable with glue, are non-refundable.
- Handmade, semi-precious, or precious jewelry may have slight irregularities in design, polish, or finish due to human craftsmanship, which are not considered defects for exchange/refund.

Cancellation Policy:
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- If any one or more of the ordered item can’t be processed for some reason by us, buyer can either opt for cancelling those particular items or ordering the new items for the same or more value. If buyer opt for cancellation, we will refund the product amount.
- Why No Cancellations? – Our imitation jewelry items are carefully selected and processed immediately after the order is placed to ensure quality and timely delivery. This policy helps us maintain efficiency and fulfil orders promptly.
